Amend the California Family Code by repealing Sections 302, 303, and 304 in their entirety.
Only unmarried persons 18 years of age or older shall be eligible to obtain a marriage license in the State of California. No person under the age of 18 shall be permitted to marry, regardless of parental consent, judicial approval, pregnancy, or possession of a high school diploma or equivalency certificate.
